Private Mentorship Tiers

Tier 1: 40 Day Ritual

Learn the power of a consistent, committed, curated morning daily practice. I will custom create a daily practice every 40 days for you based on what you are going through in your life. This practice will be a culmination of rituals, tools, modalities that I have studied and have been practice for a decade. 

Includes: 

  • Minimum 3 month commitment 

  • Meet every 40 days for an hour to talk about what’s happening in your life 

  • Custom curated ritual 

Tier 2: Coaching Deep Dive

Learn the power of full body coaching work. This is for those who want to go deep but aren’t ready to fully commit to the bigger “all in” program. We will meet 2x month for a deep dive coaching call.

Includes: 

  • Minimum 3 month commitment with option to extend

  • Meet 2x / month for a 90 minute live coaching call 

  • Will include somatic work, breath, and deep coaching 

Tier 3: Full Immersion

Get to know yourself, see yourself, and deeply love yourself again through a 6-month journey of profound full-body transformation. This is for those really ready to transform — to release and reconnect to that which already lives within. You will have full access to me in this program: weekly 1:1 live sessions, audio support between sessions for anything you need to workshop/process in real-time, and a new daily practice every 40 days custom created for you by me.

Includes: 

  • Minimum 6 month commitment with option to extend

  • Meet 4x / month for a 75 minute live coaching call 

  • 40 day morning practice (themed to what you are working on and changes every 40 days)

  • Audio support in between sessions

  • Mind-body healing is a holistic approach to wellness that emphasizes the interconnectedness of the mind and the body. It's based on the principle that mental, emotional, and spiritual factors can directly affect physical health. And that our mind & body are constantly in communication. Unlike mindset work, which primarily focuses on changing thoughts and attitudes to improve mental well-being, mind-body healing encompasses a broader range of practices aimed at balancing and harmonizing the entire being. Some of these practices include breath work, somatic healing, energy healing, mindful movement, subconscious reprogramming.

    The difference between mind-body healing and mindset work is that while mindset work is largely cognitive, focusing on thought patterns and attitudes, mind-body healing approaches the individual as a whole. It recognizes that physical ailments and bodily sensations can have mental and emotional roots and vice versa. By integrating techniques that address both the mind and the body, this approach aims to achieve a more comprehensive and lasting state of embodied wellbeing and true systemic liberation.

  • First off, I am not a licensed therapist. I am a certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. Coaching and therapy are two different scopes of work and right off the bat I like to clarify that. As a coach my role is to support you growth, hold you in your highest vision, help you work through challenges, and serve as a catalyst for your embodied transformation. As a coach I do not diagnose or prescribe and I will always refer out when out of my scope of practice. In my opinion therapy and coaching are beautiful compliments and serve different purposes in the healing space.

    My coaching approach differs from both traditional (cognitive behavioral therapy) and mindset coaching in that it is mind-body focused work. This means we are not just operating at the level of thoughts and behaviors. We are looking “under the hood” at the subconscious programming that lives within the body. This requires a deep level of safety and nervous system regulation, which are two core pillars of my coaching philosophy. In a coaching session, clients will experience cellular healing. Through understanding the nervous system, listening to the the wisdom of the body, and utilizing somatic processing techniques to release stuck emotions, clients get to the root of the beliefs, thoughts, and actions creating resistance in their lives which allows them to unlock new ways of being. When we combine cognitive processing (mind) and physical release work (body) the results create embodied, sustainable, life-long transformation.

  • This work is deep and the pacing is contingent strictly on the clients window of tolerance (a felt sense of safety and a regulated nervous system) - two essential components for the depth of mind-body work we doing. As such, titration is extremely important. Using the language of IFS (internal family systems therapy), as whole people we are all made up of many many parts. Parts are simply younger stuck in time pieces that still have a consciousness within us. And, these parts have their own rhythm, vocabulary, feelings, and timeline (for more information on IFS therapy refer here). When seeing and integrating these parts, we have to move at their pace and it is essential we do not rush them.

    Parts live inside the body and often speak out in a trigger, sensation, emotion or feeling and are not often something we are consciously aware of until we start this process. The point is, we do not rush when doing integrative mind body work. This is part of taking a trauma-informed approach and is again, a core pillar of my coaching philosophy. While titration is essential, this does not mean that extensive time is required. I want to clarify — this work doesn’t take time it takes intention. Meaning, you can integrate years of challenge in 20 minutes, I am so serious. And to that end, my clients literally transcend lifetimes of healing in 1 hours time. But, the pacing of each session really really matters. And the overall arc of the journey cannot have a structured “agenda” or timeline. To maximize spaciousness and capacity for healing, 6 months is my minimum container term and has been the sweet spot where my clients move through big release and create epic change in their lives. I will also add, many find this work to be so profound they keep with it past 6-months and even past 12-months knowing it’s a way of life rather than a temporary effort (I have been working with my coach for 4 years and counting!)

  • While of course I am going to list below the many tangible results you will experience from this 6-month program, the #1 piece of feedback I get from clients is: “Tori, I literally feel like an entirely different person experiencing my life in a completely new way.” And to be honest, that is the best result I could truly imagine for my clients.


    After 6-months of work together you will:

    • Learn the language of your body and be able to understand when and what it is saying to you.

    • Speak with power in any environment and with anyone (co-worker, boss, peer, partner, family member, friend). You will be confident in your voice and clear on your message.

    • Have a toolbox filled with ways to down-regulate your nervous system at any time in any place. You will also learn to catch when you are unregulated and how to bounce back without creating chaos internally & externally.

    • Become energetically literate. Which means you will learn how to track, understand, and manage your own energy as well as the energy of those around you.

    • Learn to use your body as a sacred instrument of love, transformation and manifestation.

    • Release density and stagnancy in your body. In some cases clients have literally lost “energetic weight” through this work.

    • Become deeply confident in who you are and excited to share your full self with the world.

Tori (aka Tor)

I am a retired life-long athlete, certified yoga teacher, and a heart-centered embodiment coach. I am a lover of life and leader in mind-body mentorship. I believe deeply in empowering you to shine bright and become unshakably confident in who you are. I have spent the last 5 years learning under masterful mentors and studying many bodies of work including: yoga, somatic movement, somatic healing, breath awareness, breath manipulation, trauma-informed coaching, neurolinguistic programming, and mind-body healing. Through my extensive study and lived experience, I have created my own coaching/healing methodology that leans heavily on the universal truth that: our bodies always hold the answers we are looking for. And, the way we think drives the way we feel which determines our state of being. I believe when we get clear on our dreams (vision), strengthen our inner dialogue (thoughts) and understand the language of our body (feelings) the possibilities are truly endless — we can literally do & become anything we set our minds & hearts to.

My method integrates time-honored ancient wisdom/practices with a contemporary scientific understanding of the human body and energy systems. I utilize practices that focus on the connection between mind, body and spirit and teach you to look at your mental & physical health as one in the same. I believe combining ancient wisdom with a modern understanding of the human energy field, allows us to better understand the subtle energies within your body and how they influence our reality. This program is a body-first program which means we use a mix of modalities that will move past the level of conscious mind and into the mystical, wildly intelligent subconscious (body).
